OVERVIEW
Trenton Thunder Baseball Academy (TTBA )/ Central Jersey Rebels (CJR) is a non- profit organization dedicated to the game of baseball, with a passion for developing players at multiple levels. Our organization is focused on providing a supportive, competitive environment where players can develop and improve their baseball skills, and grow into leaders who will be able to model strong character and work ethic on and off the field. We strive for players in our organization to have a positive presence and impact in their schools and communities by modeling responsible actions, leadership skills, sportsmanship, and respectable competition. Focused instruction, hard work, integrity, team building, improving mental approach to the game, critical thinking/Baseball IQ, and building confident, humble competitors who show up to grind and put in the work are at the forefront of our organization’s overall focus. It is our goal to provide players with the tools, skills, and resources they need to compete in high school and beyond.
Our staff focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of personal growth. It is our goal to further enhance the growth of each player by offering in-person or virtual mentoring sessions to discuss player goals, troubleshoot challenges, and offer guidance especially as players transition to highschool, college, and beyond. These sessions are meant to provide an additional layer of support which players may require in order to achieve their full potential.THE #TTBA WAY
Our mission is to provide a supportive competitive environment where players can learn and grow physically, emotionally, and mentally both on and off the field. We are focused on providing a platform for each player in our organization to develop their skills, improve their mindset, compete at a higher level, and showcase their skills at an individual and team level.
